Panthertail Coffee started as an effort to reproduce cà phê sữa đá after returning from a trip to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Vietnam. Panthertail Coffee progressed during a graduate level product development course, where increased emphasis was placed on systematically improving the roasting process.
Panthertail Coffee’s first product was named Pantherize™ a powerful, dark, and shiny espresso roast that embodies the look of a panther.
